Applications for non-resident enrollment are being accepted for limited openings in kindergarten and elementary schools for the 2024-25 school year. Visit mvpschools.org/enroll for more information and to apply.

Back to School Events

Watch for communication from your school about back-to-school events, teacher meetings and more.

Supply Lists

Supply Lists

The District uses TeacherLists to manage school supply lists. Using TeacherLists to order supplies is completely optional, and you don't need to buy the exact brand listed. See the last two bullet points below for instructions on how to use the list as a reference while shopping.

To access your school's supply list:

  • Choose the appropriate school
  • Choose your grade level or class list
  • To order online:
    • Pick your retailer of choice
    • Remove any items you don't need or update quantities as needed
    • Click the "Continue to _____" at the top or bottom of the page to add those items to your cart.
    • Complete your purchase at the retailer's site
  • To print the list, click the print icon in the upper right corner.
  • Or use the interactive online shopping checklist by clicking "Shopping in Store?"

Family Resources

Transportation

State law requires public school districts to provide free transportation to all students living two miles or more from their school. In addition, the District offers a fee-for-service option. Learn more and register for busing at mvpschools.org/transportation.

Child Care

The District partners with the local YMCA to provide before- and after-school care for school-aged children. Learn more.

Educational Benefits

As part of the Minnesota Free School Meals Program, all students are offered one breakfast and one lunch meal at no cost each day at school. Although no application is required to receive this meal benefit, filling out the Application for Educational Benefits is still important, as your student may qualify for other benefits like reduced fees at school.

Meal Menus

View school menus, add funds to your child’s account and more on the Nutrition Services webpage.
